Sage, rosemary and time...

Apart from those blasted night sweats, this is the fittest I have been in a year. I know that's not saying much but the sea and swimming have helped everything.

Along with the gorgeous kid goats, there are swallowtail butterflies and green lizards. Breakfast is real Greek yoghurt and honey and sweet watermelon. After a Greek coffee and a gift of some honey cake there's lunch, Greek salad and Mythos beer.

You can hear the sea, the goats and a lonely Nightjar from our room and smell the wild oregano, thyme and mint...

So I've found this shepherds cave, well actually I have bought it. It will be very cosy, There's room for all the family as long as they are not allergic to goats and can cope with the smell.
